Only "fast food" in town-if there were any other fast food joints they would be MUCH faster.

Food was great, building under construction, no problem with any of that. The service however lacked much to be desired. Jacob was taking orders inside the restaurant and having difficulty keeping up. I under stand, perhaps shift numbers are short and Jacob is best suited for the position, I understand. Then another worker comes out from the back, title on badge says "shift leader", I'm thinking finally Jacob is going to get reprieve. That didn't happen. The "leader" continued to socialize as the service suffered. I continued to watch the "leader" go back to the kitchen and socialize with a broom. Frustrating. So Jacob had the register, collecting food, and delivering all while fielding complaints from customers regarding missing items or the beverage machine not working properly while you socialize in the kitchen. If that is a shift leader, the management structure at Dairy Queen might need re-examined. (08/22/17)

Used to be one of the best DQ's around. Now, not so much. The last few times I have went here, the wait times have been stupid long. How hard is it to put a piece of lettuce and tomato on top of a sandwich? Instead, I get a tomato the size of a quarter and a single piece of lettuce that looks like it went through a washing machine. I know it is a local fast food chain that helps employ high school kids, but someone needs to "Manage" this place better. The Marathon and Cornerstop gas stations have better food majority of the time...

Staff is either poorly trained or just don't care. Service was slow and food not properly prepared. We ordered a Blizzard that should have had chocolate ice cream throughout and it was all vanilla in the bottom half of the cup. We also ordered a chocolate malt that had a bunch of malt powder lumps in it.

The crew working at 8 pm on Saturday, May 13, 2017 did an excellent job taking care of a huge crowd of customers. They were very professional and unfrazzled by all the chaos. Kudos to Zoe Simpson who delivered our order with a smile!
