I applied at warsaw a long time ago and I kept having to call in for some reason to get things moving along. I told them on the phone that I have a dismissed felony and asked told them I could bring in the form saying so. I get a call a week later from the same person I told that to that they won't hire me because I "falsified information". when I called an Indian outsourced number they gave me to get it fixed. the indian didn't understand that since I wasn't convicted of a felony, I did not receive a felony. all he would say is that if I didn't get it expunged it was still a conviction. worst place I've ever talked to. when I called here and told her what happened all she said was and I quote "okay sir, we don't fill out the forms you do" in the most disrespectful way. I'd just like to say that dismissed charges don't have to be disclosed by law in the first place and this is a sad excuse for a company by any means
