They cheap out and use "tar snake" patch method. Currently they are doing south Allen chapel road with this method. The road is now loud and very bumpy/jerky. This road I think is only 5 miles highway to highway, is it really to much to just repave one of the most used roads in the county?
Overall I don't feel this is the best way to spend our taxes. I feel that there has to be a better method or way to revive or repave the aging roads in Nobel county, even if it costs more in taxes to residents. We sould have ALL good or better quality roads to drive on, especially in 2017 going on 2018. Really...
Tar snakes are very dangerous to motorcycle rides weather they know it or not. Please look it up...
